Partner Channel Marketing Manager für Surface Commercial (m/f/d) - temporary position

The Surface Commercial Team Germany is working closely with Distributors and Resellers to increase brand awareness, market share and revenue. As Partner Channel Marketing Manager, our objective is to support our partners with the conception of successful programs, train them on our devices, marketing activities and sales programs and support them with industry specific marketing campaigns.

Job description:

  • Manage Event planning and execution. That includes online-trainings as well as in-person events with and for our partners.
  • Responsible for Surface Partner Website from start to finish, ensure content is relevant and up-to-date, create compelling marketing assets and work closely with our communication agency to ensure readiness and enablement of our partners.
  • Execute communication plan through various online- and offline-channels to maintain connection with the local partner community, to build partner proficiency and keep Surface top of mind.
  • Establish structure to increase internal awareness for all Surface marketing activities, including to- and thru-partner-marketing activities, KPIs and results.
  • Responsible for marketing automation tool for partners, keep content fresh and up-to-date and create new relevant content to engage and inspire our partners with creative marketing content.
  • Support and drive roll-out of global partner programs locally.
  • Work closely with all relevant stakeholders and ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams, partners and agencies alike.


  • Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or other relevant field
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally in the IT-industry
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Organized and structured
  • Detail-oriented
  • Self-driven and teamplayer


Please note your onboarding will happen through an agency but you will work for Microsoft. The position is limited for 18 months.
